My American Heart Association certification is about to expire. What should I do?
The American Heart Association (AHA) has instructed employers and regulatory bodies to extend recognition of provider cards by 120 days due to the outbreak. Additionally, the AHA has issued guidelines for COVID-19. Full information from the AHA can be found here.
Are you still currently offering hands-on training?
Unfortunately, to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 and to protect our team and our clients, in most instances we are not currently offering in-person, hands-on training. However, we are now offering virtual training through a video conferencing platform.
I still want to be prepared for a medical emergency. How can you help?
While no certifications can be offered without an in-person skills assessment, we can still instruct you using video conferencing to make sure you have the desired knowledge in case of an emergency. Many people are nervous about receiving medical care right now, and understanding basic first aid may assist you in being able to help yourself and your family.
Are you still available to discuss training, planning, or education options?
While there is a lot of uncertainty, our team is working as fast as they can to respond to inquiries. We would be happy to discuss service options and set up tentative plans for meeting to train, plan, or educate as soon as we are able. The safety and wellbeing of our team and our clients are of the utmost importance.
